Fabric.com Checkout Redesign

The checkout experience at Fabric.com was losing too many of its users – so we redesigned it. Here are the post-launch highlights (Jan 15-March 30):

  • Combined three screens into one and reduced input elements from 28 to 10
  • Increased conversions from ~70% to 97%
  • Increased annual revenue by nearly $17 million
