A single cart control, redesigned with research and validated at massive scale. Replacing the quantity dropdown with a stepper lifted cart conversion 9%, three times Amazon's bar for a successful experiment.
The world's largest dental solutions company had a website that had grown by acquisition, not by design. I led the IA overhaul and navigation redesign that made 30,000 pages findable again.
A dental marketplace serving 70,000+ practices had no design system and no UX process. I built both from scratch: a token-based Figma system and the practice around it. Then we used both to redesign the shopping experience.
The app store for the world's largest payroll platform sold software with a different pricing pattern on every listing. A standardized comparison template, a rebuilt mobile experience, and keyboard-level accessibility work turned browsers into buyers.
One of the largest pediatric care groups in the US booked every visit by phone. A family-first portal with symptom search, child profiles, and one-screen scheduling moved booking online and cut task time 30%.
Game creators had no way to track the issues they reported to Xbox, and internal teams juggled disconnected tools. Workshops, design sprints, and 25 usability sessions shaped Polaris, a unified ticketing portal for both sides of the loop.
On a white-label banking platform handling millions of daily transactions, a confusing form is a misrouted payment. A validation-first, WCAG-compliant design system cut user error rates 25% across the core workflows.

What I Do
Simple experiences are the hardest to make. I generate multiple design directions early, pressure-test them with research, and align teams before engineering begins.
Usability tests, tree tests, design sprints, and interviews that surface the problems customers actually have, not the ones we assume they have. Every design decision I make traces back to evidence.
A well-built system is a force multiplier. I've built token-based systems from the atom up for Amazon, Fiserv, Dentsply Sirona, and Net32, enabling teams to ship faster and more consistently.
I've served as principal design authority across Product and Engineering: mentoring designers, facilitating trade-off discussions, and shaping long-term platform direction.
